Eligibility:
You have a Masters degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics or Physics. You have a large interest in medical imaging. You have some background in programming (C, C++, Matlab). You are a collaborative dynamic person who likes to work in a multidisciplinary research environment. You have good communication skills (written and oral). You have a strong knowledge of the English language. You are flexible and are willing to pursue deadlines. You are willing to travel abroad for meetings and conferences. Knowledge of MRI is an asset.
Scholarship Description: You will participate in a project on the development of novel SPECT imagers. You will collaborate on other projects involving PET, CT and MRI. You will perform hardware experiments, Monte Carlo simulations and medical image reconstructions. You will attend conferences and publish your results in scientific literature.
